ORDER STATUS

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email and in your Client Account by consulting your order. You can also contact our Client Service

Once your order has been placed, you cannot modify or cancel it. In the event this is the case, contact us quickly via contact@balvichi.com. There are no guarantees, but we will do our best to respond to your request.

Standard delivery takes between 3 and 8 business days.  Pre-orders take an additional 14 to 20 days to recieve.   For more information, please consult our shipping & payments information page.

To certify receipt of your order, a signature is required from the person receiving the parcel at the delivery address indicated at the time of purchase.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels still attached. Incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled products cannot be returned.

For reasons of hygiene, we will not accept the return of tights and swimwear.

To return item(s), please consult the Returns & Refunds section on the site. 

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Please ensure that the returned items are in their original condition and packaging and that all labels are intact.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you whether your return has been accepted or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days. The time taken to receive your refund will depend on your bank.

If rejected, the item will be returned to you.

Returns are free of charge. If you choose to use a courier other than the one proposed, you must pay the return shipping costs directly to the courier of your choice.

In order to know the status of your return, we invite you to track your parcel on the courier website or to contact BALVICHI Client Service

There are no exchanges on BALVICHI products.

Kindly, note, tights and swimwear cannot be returned and/or refunded.

To verify the authenticity of a BALVICHI product, purchase it at balvichi.com. There are no authorized sellers.
