Purchases made on balvichi.com can only be shipped within the United States. 

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5  business days from the order date. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

A delay in fulfillment should be expected  during a Sale period.

Delivery Methods & Fees

 STANDARD: 3-8 days – Complimentary

 EXPRESS: 2 Day Express – $23

Deliveries are made on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends and National Holidays.  

Kindly note, all orders will require a signature upon delivery of the courier.  Once a signature has been provided at the time of delivery, the courier will release the parcel to that individual. BALVICHI will not be liable for lost shipments. 

You must contact the courier to arrange for delivery without a signature required if that is the preferred delivery method. By selecting delivery without signature required, the purchaser confirms that the parcel can be left outside the premises of the address provided and the purchaser will take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. We will not be responsible for verifying the identity of the person who acknowledges receipt of the products that you ordered.

Payment Methods 

Balvichi.com accepts the following payment methods: 

– Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay

The total will be charged to your card when the order is confirmed. 

– PayPal: easily shop our website without having to enter your credit/debit card details on the website. 

Your account will be charged once the order is completed. 

– Klarna: depending on your country, you will be able to split your purchase amount or to pay 30 days after placing your order. 

-Please note that your billing address must be identical to the one listed on your credit/debit card statement. At present, we do not accept gift cards.

Tax information 

Sales Tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations. Orders shipped to addresses in the United States will be subject to applicable sales tax.  Hence, if your shipping address is in a State where retail stores, company establishments or one of our partners are located, the corresponding tax will be applied. 

The total you pay when you complete your order already includes all duties and taxes owed to local authorities.
