RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have the option to return product(s) ordered within 14 days following the date of the product delivered. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.
To return one or more items from your order, please follow the below-mentioned procedure:
1) To start your return, click on the button above and enter your order number and email address.
2) Choose the items you would like to return and indicate the relevant return reason(s).
3) The courier pre-paid shipping label and packing slip will be available to download and print to prepare your return.
4) Make sure the item(s) you wish to return have all original product tags included.
5) Place your item(s) and the packing slip inside a sturdy container or in the original box that your item(s) came in. Remove any older addresses and barcodes, secure the package with tape, and affix the new shipping label to the outside.
6) Once your package has been shipped, you will be notified via email to track your return.
7) Your return may take up to 14 business days to be processed. The refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
Terms of Refund
The quality check of your return can take between 3-14 business days after receipt of the product(s) at our warehouse. Upon inspection of the returned parcel, we will approve or deny the return or exchange. Any products that do not meet return guidelines, will be returned, back to you.
An email confirming the refund will be sent to you by email. Please allow 3 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund to your bank account.
Method of Refund
Refunds will be made to the original credit card or original payment method (Klarna, PayPal, etc.). For security reasons, BALVICHI is not authorized to carry out the refund to another account, a different credit/debit card, or another method of payment other than that used originally for the order.
