ORDER STATUS

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email and in your customer account by consulting your order. For tracking related questions, contact us via support@balvichi.com.

Once your order has been placed, you cannot modify or cancel it. In the event this is the case, contact us quickly via support@balvichi.com. There are no guarantees, but we will do our best to respond to your request.

Delivery times vary according to your location. In general, standard delivery takes between 1 and 5 business days. For more precise information, please consult our shipping & payments information page.

To certify receipt of your order, a signature is required from the person receiving the parcel at the delivery address indicated at the time of purchase.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels still attached. Incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled products cannot be returned.
For reasons of hygiene, we will not accept the return of tights and swimwear.

To return an item, please follow the instructions provided in your parcel or consult the Returns & Refunds section on the Site. 

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Please ensure that the returned items are in their original condition and packaging and that all labels are intact.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you whether your return has been accepted or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days. The time taken to receive your refund will depend on your bank.
If rejected, the item will be returned to you.

 Returns are free of charge. If you choose to use a courier other than the one proposed, you must pay the return shipping costs directly to the courier of your choice.

In order to know the status of your return, we invite you to track your parcel on the courier website or to contact BALVICHI Client Service at the following email address: support@balvichi.com.

You can exchange item(s) within 14 days after order is delivered. To initiate an exchange, fill out the returns form and  email it to: support@balvichi.com. You can expect to recieve your prepaid return label within 5 business days. The return product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all labels still attached. Incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled products cannot be exchanged.

Tights and swimwear cannot be exchanged or refunded.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept the following methods of payment:

– Credit/debit card: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The total amount will be debited from your card upon confirmation of your order.
– PayPal: Easily shop our website without having to enter your credit/debit card details on the website. Your account will be debited when your order is finalized.
– Klarna: Depending on the options available in your country, you can make payments in installments or deferred payments.
– Apple pay
– Google pay

AVAILABILITY AND MANUFACTURING

Online product availability is indicated on our website. If an item is out of stock, you can opt for the stock alert on the product page and be notified when the item is available again. 

To verify the authenticity of a BALVICHI product, purchase it at balvichi.com, as there are no authorized sellers.
